Welcome to Crystal Revive Doctor. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our automotive headlight and tail light restoration services ("Services"). By booking or receiving our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1. Services and Execution

Crystal Revive Doctor provides professional automotive headlight and tail light restoration. While we use industry-standard techniques to maximize clarity and longevity, results may vary depending on the age, material, and pre-existing internal degradation of your vehicle's lenses.

 

2. Warranty and Correction Policy

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. We offer a 24-month warranty from the date of service against recurring fading, yellowing, or peeling under normal operational and environmental conditions.

• No Refunds: All sales are final. Crystal Revive Doctor does not issue monetary refunds under any circumstances.

• Correction Commitment: In lieu of refunds, if the restoration fails or does not meet standard expectations within the 24-month warranty window, we will perform all necessary corrective actions at no additional cost to you to make it right.

 

3. Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Disclaimer

We respect your privacy and only collect the basic information necessary to fulfill our Services, manage warranties, and process payments (such as your name, contact details, and vehicle information).

• Limitation of Cybersecurity Liability: We implement standard, reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your personal data. However, you acknowledge that no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

• Advanced Threats: Crystal Revive Doctor cannot, and does not, guarantee absolute immunity against highly sophisticated, illegal data gathering, data breaches, or cyber-attacks executed by exceptionally skilled unauthorized individuals, state-sponsored actors, or entities operating illegally.

• Assumption of Risk: By providing your information to us, you acknowledge and agree that Crystal Revive Doctor shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from unauthorized data access, hacking, or data theft that occurs despite our standard commercial security practices.

 

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crystal Revive Doctor’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our Services shall be strictly limited to re-performing the restoration service. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to the vehicle, electrical failures, or issues unrelated to the exterior lens surfaces treated.

 

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will apply to future service bookings and will be made available upon request or posted on our official business channels.
